I know how to jump a car and these did not work on two sedans. Hooked these up and they didn’t jump the car. Hooked my other cables up and I (2006 Malibu) was able to get my wife’s car (2010 Altima) up and running.

No they are not copper, but they work just fine. Yes they are still soft even in single digit temperatures. The clamps are definitely a heavy duty style compared to other brands I looked at in stores. The plastic case is cute but obviously won’t last repeated uses.
I don’t know who actually makes them but if you want these same cables but with a true nylon zipper case that might last repeated uses, I did see them at the “mart” for thirty bucks and they looked identical. Next pair a have to buy for any reason (gifts) I’m going to get them there.

I’ve used these twice so far and they’ve worked perfectly both times. The bag keeps them organized in my trunk and it even has a little “how to” so I don’t screw up. There might be cheaper alternatives, but I feel that these are a great value and would very much recommend them.

I needed a set of jumper cables for my home and for my automatic vehicle. To me build quality of the clamps and the cable itself is important. Also a decent enough gauge that allows for a variety of jump-start situations as well as a decent length to the cable itself. There have been situations where I simply cannot maneuver a car into a specific location due to the jumper cables being too short. With longer cables this problem is avoided. The included bag makes storing it inside your vehicle easy and organized. This is a great product at a great price.

a nice set of jumper cables for medium duty. i have a car, so these are all i need. they’re well labled and thick cables. i like the cables, and the carrying case just cements it for me.- 5 stars

Are a necessity. These are well built and tested well. Not much to say except that it is now a part of my in vehicle emergency kit to hopefully never be used.

Great product. Had a chance recently to use this product when I was removing a winterized car from storage. Just the right length and wire gauge for my mid-size car. Only suggested improvement is to include a small desiccant bag in the carrying case.

Haven’t used these yet (thankfully), but they appear to very well made and up to the job. I would say that the cables are good value for money, the only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven’t used them yet.
