Unfortunately it breaks easy. I already have purchase 3 because I have no other choice. I’m disappointed seeing the price raising every time I need to re purchase.

This is a total piece of crap.
My mechanic used it a couple of times and it broke. He put a screw thru the post to try to keep it working but it currently does not open my hood.

The quality is great and feels solid. An amazing replacement. Doesn’t feel like it’s going to break anytime soon. It fit great, but I had to cut one of the notches for it to seat perfectly. I think it was made for a newer mk2 TT. My TT only has 2 notches, the handle was made for 3.
