It does what it’s supposed to and fits just as well as the other more expensive dogbone inserts in the market.
Vibrations are to be expected so that’s not a problem.
Definitely buying another one for the wife’s car.

Impact sockets will not fit in this adapter other than that easy job does the same job as all the other ones

The fit was perfect. Works for what it’s supposed to do. But I would only recommend it for a race/performance purpose. Not comfortable to drive, because of the extra vibration felt.

Install was very easy on my S3 8Y and it was half the price of 034 and APR dogbone insert. Now I don’t understand why this does not have good reviews! Obviously you will feel vibrations you are inserting a solid mount on a bushings that takes a lot of impact so please disregard that other comment they obviously don’t know what this is meant for! It does the job and prevents excessive movement from the engine. You need this mod for anything above stage 2!

Seems to stiffen up the trans a little bit. Easy to install on my mk7. I do have a little vibration pulling out when the motor is lugging but other than that it’s solid. Very easy to install

I installed this on my 2017 Golf Alltrack SEL. Fit perfectly. Can immediately feel the difference off the line and during acceleration.
