I’m just getting to the point where I don’t have enough places to plug things in, particularly in the RV. This splitter comes to the rescue.
It is well made with heavy gauge and flexible wire, strongly built outlets, an in-line fuse for safety, and a really nice lighted on/off switch so that you know for sure that power is reaching the outlets.
I got the 1m (3.3ft) version, which is ideal for a little extra length so it can reach the back seat or get close to the bed in the RV. If I were only using it in the car, I would probably have gotten the one with the shorter cable so as to keep things tidy. It’s nice that there is a choice.
I routinely need to keep my phone, tablet, and laptop charged in the car, particularly on long trips, and I also have to keep the dash cam running and the Car Play adapter working, so having a good splitter like this is really essential.
It also gives me more flexibility than an outlet with, say, two USB-C and one USB-A outlets. I still use those all the time, but now I have enough places to plug them in!

I’m a total mess with gadgets in my car when using it for camping. Using this with a small lifepo4 power station for various devices is working fine.

I didn’t need anything fancy. Having the 3 splitters on a cable further away from the main plug was exactly what I was looking for. I do not hard wire my electronics to the car, so having my dash cam & rear view camera plugged in and able to be tucked away under/behind the glove box was perfect.
I would recommend it if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a simple, no frills product that just works.
