This retractable car charger works well for my needs. Having the retractable cord assists in keeping things dressed and tidy where the cord routes to my fast charger cell phone holder that accomodates a USB-C connection. The additional ports are a plus as is the dc voltage guage, although the brightness of the guage can be a bit distracting when driving at night… I wish there was a way to dim it to a more pleasing brightness.
This product gets my seal of approval and a 4-star rating, with 1 star deducted for the overly bright LED voltage meter that can be a distraction at night.

The car kept neater thanks to the retractable cables. Fast charging allows me to save time when I’m traveling. It is convenient o have both USB-C and USB-A available. Numerous devices are compatible with it. The small size keeps the interior of my car tidy. I am able to charge several devices at once. It feels like a sturdy, long-lasting build. It’s perfect for both quick and lengthy travels. Although there are the Cons of this product such as, using the retractable mechanism frequently can cause it to wear out. The charging indicator light ‘s brightness might destructive at night, but overall, the addition of this charger to my car has been great. My car is now more organized. Cords that are tangled or too short to reach the back seat are no longer an issue for me. I can’t function without fast charging when my battery is low. The convenience and versatility make up for the somewhat high price.

This is a useful bit of kit for keeping in the car. The retractable cord is long enough, and when retracted keeps the car tidy. There is a readout of the car battery voltage, which is useful I suppose, although I can’t see myself monitoring it enough to make it worthwhile having unless you have battery problems, and then you’re likely to know about it without this readout.
The bigger issue is that it doesn’t deliver what it claims, I only had 5 watts despite my Galaxy S22 allowing up to 45watts.
I have another retractable car charger and that delivers around 20 watts, so I know it should work

We have USB sockets in the car but the power output is pathetically low (old car) and can barely keep up with the power the phone is actually using with the screen on never mind charge it. This is a good answer to the problem and being plugged into the cars power socket (still a cigarette lighter socket to me but there) should be able to provide a decent amount of charge. I like the fact that it has a USB A and USC C outlet so with the correct cables you can charge most stuff you want. The retractable USB C cable is useful and means you don’t need any others if you have a modern enough device to charge. I find the voltage readout useful to give some indication of the state of the battery. The charger end of this is quite a bit larger than some similar chargers and this is worth bearing in mind if your space is limited.

Firstly an anglable head so that i can point it up to my eyeline, then it has the battery voltage display so I can keep an eye on my battery condition, then it has a charger cable on recoil system, and a couple of other usb sockets for a passengers phone, so this unit covers all my wishes. An excellent item.
