Difficult to install, blue box was obstructing hood from closing, but after some tweaking I got the hood to close. See pics.
Day 1
Remotes both work out of box. Easily turn battery on/off from outside and inside car. Multimeter volts are consistent and do not seem to drain.
Will post more if voltage/amps on battery drains. Will post if device stops working.
Day 7. Still works perfectly..
Day 11. In cold weather, after starting car it wouldn’t turn off for a few moments. I think the device thought the car was still running. The surface voltage was still high.

Still works. Cold 25 degree weather, works great , no issues. Battery is still working.

Very easy to set up, device comes with the battery attachment parts lose, so you have to tighten them up before placing on the battery. Remote control devices were already functioning, no need to open to set the battery in the devices. Attached and it worked as described.

I’m struggling how to rate this… I works okay as a remote on/off. It does block you from turning it off while the car is running, which is a positive. If you want the auto off function as a backup to you forgetting to turn it off, this product may be for you. If you want that auto shutdown to reliably protect your battery, keep reading, you may not want this product.
Here’s my issue, I found the car dead this morning. The little box disconnected as advertised but the remote wouldn’t let me turn it back on. This is sort of mentioned in the instructions. The box responded to the remote but wouldn’t ‘latch’ the relay. So, I popped the hood and checked the battery voltage was at 12.2 volts, pressed the button on the module, it turned on, car started. This got me wondering, at what voltage does it actually kick the car off?
According to the manual, if it hovers below 24, 12 or 6v for more than 1 minute, it will cutout. That’s how it reads to me, if this is incorrect, they need to rewrite their instructions. There’s another mention about anti-false start which I believe is why it wouldn’t turn back on but the voltage was good according to the lights on the box? So, I threw this thing on a regulated power supply w/a 4 amp load. Bottom line, it only turned off when it went below 6V, not 24, not 12, but 6Volts. I tried 23V for 10 minutes, it kept running. I tried 11 volts, again for 10 minutes, didn’t turn off. The moment you reach 6 volts, it instantly shuts off, every time, reliably, w/out fail but, this will ultimately kill a 12V battery.
I’ll be sending this back because it’s for a young lady juggling a child who can’t afford to fix an expensive BCM but needs her car to be reliable, for me this isn’t a reliable solution since, IMO it doesn’t work as advertised. If it cut out reliably at 12V or you could select 6/12/24 as the default, it would be a different story.

Worked well for a couple of months then it stopped working completely, no response with remote or manual bypass on box buttons!
Too late for return, I was expecting at least a year or 2 minimum!

What a great device. My mechanic could not determine where a parasitic battery drain was coming from on my very old 2000 Honda Accord. I installed this device and now have peace of mind and can disconnect the battery with just a click of the remote button. Works well!

Easy to install and kept us from buying a new car! The only problem is when you disconnect, your settings tend to get scrambled. Lol. For 30$ I can live without the clock and navigation!
