I will say the product is good, the delivery method can be the problem.
First one purchased through PartsHawk was packaged poorly. Flat box to wrap the part and no labeling. Package showed up bent and they canceled the replacement order.
Second part I ordered through 4wheel parts and it came in a proper box with stuffing inside to protect it.
