Purchased a while ago to fix intermittent starts on a 2007 Acura RDX. Sounds good and is still going strong. Good part for a fair price. Also arrived in the same amount of time as it would have taken the local box stores to get it.

There are videos online to help you figure out how to install this. My car is a 2007 RDX. It took me about two hours because I was referring back to the video the whole time. It’s definitely doable for someone with even a cursory knowledge of cars. It has worked flawlessly for the last couple of months, so it’s well worth the money.

I know I’ve reviewed this once already… but since amazon sent another e-mail requesting another rating …I’ll follow up. I disassembled the brand new starter that arrived & was satisfied with quality. I reassembled and installed in vehicle. The 2007 RDX has started perfectly with every turn of the key. It has been installed for about 3 months, I’m hoping & believing it will last at least a few years.

I ordered this for a 2008 Acura RDX that was cranking slowly and intermittently not cranking at all. I bought a new battery first, but no change. Starters at my local auto parts stores started at around $250 and went up from there. I saw this remanufactured starter on Amazon for about $100 and thought I would give it a try. It fit perfectly without any adjustments, and the engine cranked strongly and started on the first try, and has since. I am very happy so far.
