AWESOME! Just – WOW! I don’t often say that about any purchases I make. (Keep in mind that I fully admit to frequently buy the least expensive I can find – call me “frugal”) I was impressed with everything that came in the package. Got the wiper arm and the blade that I expected – looks to be at least OE quality,or better… but also got the snap-cover, the retainer nut, a tool to do the installation (which I don’t actually need but I appreciate that they included it!), and even a nice 2-sided wiping cloth. It’s refreshing to receive something from a vendor who DIDN’T go out of their way to cut every corner possible… tells me that’s a company that actually strives to be better than the others! I’m a highly-satisfied customer.

This really lived up to expectations! It came with everything needed; new plastic shield to cover the base, new nut, even a wrench to install it, with comprehensive instructions for replacement. It even came with a nice micro-fiber towel to clean the windshield!!
As I’ve only just installed the wiper, I can’t speak to its’ longevity, but I’m sure it will be fine.
