The wiper arm was simple to install…after the original arm was removed. I watched a YouTube video that showed the secrets for removing a stuck arm: 1) penetrating oil; 2) wait; and, 3) don try to pull the arm straight off. Instead, wiggle the arm back and forth while lightly pulling the arm off.
Overall, 5* product that matches OEM in all design and function. Highly recommend this product and vendor

Works great, and ib don’t notice that it’s half an inch shorter than the original… I didn’t need the arm, just the wiper… the original mechanism arm is fine. The one supplied is slightly less quality. But for the good price of the wiper I needed, it is available good deal and wipes the window very well

Es de muy buena calidad casi como el de agencia, trae todos lo necesario para instalar, lo unico malo es que la tapa queda un poco floja ya que no ajusta al 100 con el brazo, espero con el movimiento no se valla a cer, por lo demas es buen costo calidad.
