Was so happy to have a replacement rear wiper but joy was short-lived as it came apart very quickly (rubber blade came out). Cheaply made. Do not recommend these wiper blades at all!

This replacement wiper arm is a great way to replace a weathered and worn wiper arm and blade. Just the blade would cost more at my local dealership, and it’s not readily available anywhere locally other then there.
After removing the old arm from the spindle, which was fortunately not corroded like it would be in the north, this wone slipped right on and looks great. The wipe is clear and stutter free.
Hopefully the blade life is as good as the quality of the arm and ease of installation. The price difference is the best of all. 5 stars for this one.

Update: After a few months of minimal use, the contact trip has peeled away. The blade has very little durability or longevity. It’s been used in warm months, so there was no freezing to the window or anything. As a rear wiper, it’s gotten used at most twice a week for few sweeps to clear things off, and very rarely for extended periods. The arm may still be useful (my wiper arm doesn’t need replacing so it hasn’t been used) but the low cost is offset by the blade lasting half as long as a higher quality blade.
Given how hard it is to find these replacement blades sometimes, it’s nice to find an aftermarket option that works so well. BUT, that also means it’s a disappointment that these aren’t one to one identical to the OEM versions. Both the Blade and the Arm are slightly smaller and not quite the same quality as the originals.
The blade is a quick and easy replacement that snaps in. There are no instructions or documentation included, at all, just a plain brown box with an inventory label and the parts in unsealed plastic bags. The blade just pops off when you keep rotating it away – an instructional video is easy enough to find online. Unfortunately, the blade is about half an inch shorter than the original, ~12.5″ vs 13″, so the coverage isn’t quite as good.
Both the blade bracket and the wiper arm seem to be made from a different plastic than OEM. The OEM seems to be Nylon reinforced, whereas these just seems to be plain ABS plastic. Not BAD necessarily, but I’d prefer the Nylon for strength and chemical resistance.
The arm itself while very close in construction is also just slightly smaller in scale than the original. It’s shorter by about 1 mm. I don’t know how much of a difference this would make, but the end result will still be reduced coverage. The arm on mine is still working so I didn’t replace it, since I still think the original is better construction. I only replaced the blade. It works well for now. No skipping, jumping, squeaking, or streaking, but we’ll have to see how long the blade lasts.
It’s nice to have this option available. It’s very good for what it is, even if it isn’t perfect, particularly since it costs half as much as some of the store brand options out there, IF you can even manage find them in stock.
