I wish I found this one sooner, I made the mistake of ordering OEM the first time, as soon as I installed the OEM wiper it broke again! Found this and I couldn’t believe how cheap it was, ordered, installed and it works great! I am considering buying another one to keep as a spare.
In my case, the old arm on the Q7 was a pain in the rear to remove, I had to do what someone on YouTube did and that was using a small angle grinder and grind away the plastic, goes without saying but please be careful with the grinder, I put an Amazon box around to help me not grind into the rear windshield because you have to get pretty close, after getting rid of all the plastic I was able to use a puller to remove the metal ring that got stuck on the wiper motor. Make sure to use some tape to mark where the old wiper arm orientation was, it will help later with not having to do trial and error of fitting this new wiper arm, don’t trust the dirty windshield as a “mark”, I know it’s tempting but you made it this far, don’t drop the ball here. After, tighten the wiper arm (if I’m not mistake it was a 11mm or 13mm I remember it was just an odd number and was surprised it wasn’t an even) and then pour some water on your rear windshield and test to make sure the arm and wiper move as needed.

Someone ripped off our back wiper blade. Used a torque wrench to take the old broken base off and put the new one on. Looks like new and works perfectly.
After removing the bolt you need to do some wiggling to get the old one off. Took a bit but it finely came loose.
