Having worked on BMWs for many many years, you get to replace a lot of these regulators. The expensive OEM ones are only marginally better in terms of longevity, so you might as well save a couple bucks buying aftermarket solutions. That is, when they have good fitment and operation. This regulator does just that. It is very well made and fit perfectly in the door frame and the motor fit snug and secure into it as well. I did have to provide my own motor mounting bolts however, due to the motor screws being incompatible.
