Amazon said it was a confirmed fit for a 2001 4runner but after rebuilding my drum brakes with this hardware I realised it did not work with the original setup.
The star wheel adjuster sat in a different orientation and the parking brake adjuster was completely different.
I believe this kit will work for 1996-2000 model years.

The “Raybestos H12548 Professional Grade Drum Brake Shoe Adjuster Kit” worked to replace broken brake linkage on my 2002 Toyota Tundra. The arm for the brake adjuster somehow broke… this fit without issue.
