Comes with everything you need to do a proper job. Price was not an issue, as I’d rather have quality over saving a couple of bucks. Been using Raybestos for over 50 years. Never let me down!

It is a complete set for the front disk of my 97 GMC , fixed the issues also had the dust seals for the slides , my anti-lock works correctly again and distance to stop has shortened greatly . I tried a few panic stops on my road test on old backroads and impressed at the distance to stop my truck now . I will buy again as needed .

These Raybestos brake pads seem to be of decent quality. They seem to perform very well and stop pretty quick but they are new brake pads so if new brake pads are installed correctly they will stop pretty good. I don’t really have much to compare them to because the ones I took out of my ’96 Chevy Silverado c1500 were ceramic brake pads which is my only issue. The description on details here says ceramic meaning these are supposed to be ceramic brake pads but in fact they are not. They are semi-metallic brake pads. I tested them with a magnet and the magnet stuck to the brake pads right away that automatically told me that they are semi-metallic which I knew anyways just by looking at them because I used to work in a brake factory for years. There was a little delay in the shipping for some odd reason according to where they were sent just to go back to where they originally were picked up but that’s not the post office or UPS that’s just delivery service until they reach the USPS. That was the only real complaint but other than that they work phenomenally. I only have two complaints and they’re very small, one they are a little noisy but I am comparing them to what I took off which were ceramic and two the description clearly stated that these brake pads are ceramic which is what I wanted to put back on my truck because of how well ceramic pads perform. These are very great brake pads to say the least with phenomenal stopping power as stated previously and were easy to install but that is based on your vehicle of course. The price I can’t argue there they are only a fraction of what you would pay at a parts house but then again I thought they were ceramic. So if you buy these and you’re thinking you’re getting ceramic You’re not. You’re getting semi-metallic. The Raybestos website stated that these are semi-metallic but they do make a ceramic version with the same part number except for the two letters at the end MH are semi-metallic and CH are ceramic hence the m for metallic and see for ceramic and I should have realized that when I ordered them but I thought I would give them a shot anyway to see how they perform and I’m glad I did now the little bit of noise that I hear will probably go away once they break in a little bit more but only time will tell. I would recommend them for anyone that does any towing or hauling because they do stop pretty good with a load.
