Real easy to install, various car shops are always offering to install a new cabin air filter in my RAM for around 50$. I’ve always resisted cause it seemed so unnecessary. Well, I was wrong! the filter, (which is easy to access behind the glove box} was totally clogged and filled with leaves and oak pollen seeds. Replaced it in 5 minutes and my defroster worked much better. Changing this filter was even more important than the engine air filter IMO! Next time I’ll order a 3-pack and change it every 15,000 miles or so.

What a bargain!!! The oil change garage wanted $42 for the cabin filter and $45 for the engine. These are very easy to install. There are tutorials on YouTube. I did both filter swaps in about 8 minutes.

Had a funny extra tab/later in the cabin filter that I had to bend to make it so the filter could be properly installed. I have a 2030 Santa Fe. Worked but not as streamlined as previous purchases.
