Was not a direct replacement had to modify it to get it to fit and work. They claimed it was a replacement for an arctic cat 700 it’s not.

I wasn’t getting good fuel pressure from the pump assembly on my 2007 Arctic Cat 700EFI.
I ended up purchasing the pump elsewhere hoping for better results than some of the reviews here, but bought this fuel pressure regulator to go with my new pump since I had it torn apart.
It would not press into place at first, but popped in easily after a couple drops of oil on the O-rings and is functioning properly.

Fit in my 09 Cat 550 H1 no problem… It is definitely a project to get to so put aside a couple hours to complete. No issues so far with 15-20 hrs of riding

Bought November 22 and worked fine for a year. Started acting up with rough starts early summer of 24 and now doesn’t create enough pressure to even start mid summer 24. Regulators good, tried spare I thought was issue 2 years ago.

Not an exact replica of the pump outlet but it fits and the wiring connection fits. And i saved $350 since I didn’t have to buy the whole pump assembly from Arctic Cat. I would have been nice if the kit included the short rubber hose that connects the outlet to the assembly (see picture 3). It was brittle so I needed to make one.
I haven’t really used it since I installed it but it makes good pressure so it should be fine.

Installation went well, worse part is taking the racks and rear plastics off but that is part of the atv repair game, no reflection on this product. Kit had everything I needed for the change out of the OEM fuel pump and an extra filter that I assume is for another style machine. After reassembly, the machine ran great with no problems and a quiet fuel pump. I would buy again. UPDATE: After 10 months the pump failed. I reached out to QFS using their website. I filled out the questionnaire and conducted the troubleshooting steps requested by QFS for a warranty issue. QFS sent me a replacement pump and my machine is running like a champ.

Missing the rubber seal on top. Which is needed. You must make or buy one separately.
