Good filter. Solid fit on my 3800 series II. I like this filter over OEM because my car spends more time idling then it does actually rolling down the road. After dissecting several brands of filters to inspect the paper element after a change, these appear to hold their shape inside the canna steer the best, and after waving a magnet over the filament, these filters performed the best. Good stuff.

The product is great,but they packed it just a bag to to ship it! The original box for the filter was destroyed but the filter was only scratched. They need to do a better job packaging!!!!

Ich kaufe diesen Ölfilter eigentlich nur wegen der Optik. Es passt halt gut zum OPC-blau und er hat Glitzerlack (ganz wichtig!). Qualität ist sehr gut, Purolator gehört zur deutschen Firma MANN+HUMMEL.
Der Ölfilter sollte auch an den meisten anderen Opel Modellen passen, er hat ein M18 Gewinde.

These are great filters. Fantastic filtration for the cost. The case is thick and durable. The guts are robust and of good quality. Great for 10k+ oil change intervals. Repeat engine oil analysis has proven these work heat.

Box was damaged coming from Purelator/manufacture. This time filter seemed undamaged. 27gm of dirt vs what was on there probably half that or less since cheap filter. I’m sure 04 Silverado 4.3L will be much happier. Follow directions on inside flap. Fill with clean oil & tighten past hand tight 3/4-1 full turn. Old one seemed a little loose.
