I bought some filters that remove finer particles than these but those didn’t allow enough airfliw. The ac struggled to cool the car.
These filters have the best compromise between filtering particles and retain good flow volume.

This filter was shown in the listing with the Purolator filter box. My filter arriver in a torn plastic bag. There is no manufactuer or part number listed on the filter itself, which does happen sometimes. The plastic bag’s sticker has no brand or numbers that would indicate it is the filter I ordered. I don’t care about the box but I would have appreciated something confirming mfg. & part/model number.
I am rating 4 stars based on the assumption that the filter is what I ordered.

It does not fit Subarus with 2.4 turbo engines.
Otherwise Purolators are good quality filters.
