Bought these as a 6 piece set for my Daughter’s 2013 Outback. Price was right compared to OEM but there’s a reason. We installed these in early November and the Subaru got about 1,000 miles on them until the number 4 cylinder failed! I saved the old OEM coils as only 1 was bad replaced the new #4 coil and viola running great again. Hoping the other 5 last longer!!!

I WOULD FIVE THEM NONE OR NEGATIVE STARS BUT THATS NOT POSSIBLE! I bought six ignition coils from this place for my car and paid over $130.00 in April. Huge mistake. I put them in and they seemed to be okay at first but after the first couple weeks I noticed my car was idling a bit rough. I started replacing all kinds of other parts thinking theirs no way it could be my new coils but quickly discovered that I was wrong. Hooked a diagnostic to it and the live feed showed three of my valves were firing differently then the other 3. So, I decided I was going to change out the new plugs I just put in a month earlier when I changed the coils thinking maybe I could have gotten faulty plugs. I have a 6 cylinder and the plugs I use are $27.00 a piece. Not cheap by any means. I also decided that I would change my valve gaskets at the same time just to be sure that was not an issue as well. When I started working on this project I quickly noticed that it was definitely the coils causing all of my issues and just how cheap they are. When trying to remove the coils from the plugs every single boot on the every coil separated from the coil itself and the very cheap springs on the inside that connect to the plugs just fell out. Some of the boots actually tore with barely any pressure ring put on them. I have never seen such a poor design and was extremely surprised at how cheap the springs and boot material actually was. The springs were so flimsy and thin, I do not know how I was even getting contact at all! I could not believe what I was seeing. I was just shocked. Luckily I held on to my old OEM coils so I cleaned them up and put those back in upon reinstallation and my car has been running running perfect ever since. My OEM coils are 6 years old and still perform much much much better than these cheaply made coils I got from this store! I am very upset that I wasted my hard earned money on these un reliable cheap coils and all of the other maintenance and time I spent fixing things that did not need to be fixed because I thought I could trust the coils this store sold me. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IN THE LONG RUN. I am out of my return window so I can’t even return them for a refund. I tried to contact the store that sold them to me but there is absolutely no way to contact them at all. I could not find an email, phone number, messenger or anything. Just a link to buy more stuff from them. I hope they read this and at least try to make this rite because I’m seriously upset about all the money I threw away because I trusted their products. Hope this review will help spare other consumers the headache I had to deal with.

I had a misfire on cylinder 6 on my 2016 3.6R outback and decided to give these a shot. It fixed my problem. I know nothing beats OEM so i am a little concerned about longevity. Time will tell
