Quality looks to be o.k. for a cheaper, made in China unit. Fit was perfect. Went in easily with no hang ups. What I’m ashamed to admit is that in the 16 years that we’ve owned this 2007 Honda CR-V this is the first time that I even knew the car had a cabin filter. 16 years! It was TOTALLY clogged needless to say. I take pride in doing all my own auto maintenance…but my degree of ignorance is beyond belief. Oh well, live and learn. Maybe our A/C will work a little better now.

Had a musty sour smell when the ACs were turned on and decided to change my cabin air filter out at under 14k. It was really simple and easy since its behind the glove compartment and it has a holder to place the filter on. My OEM filter already had some debris and dust. After installing the new cabin filter, no more old smell and everything is great so far. I hesitated at first thinking it wouldn’t fit, but I’m glad i saved some money doing this myself and not spending extra at the dealership.
