Had to bore out the main 3/8 hole due to casting imperfections. Otherwise works great

FIRST OFF I THOUGHT THIS ALTERNATOR WAS CHROME, THAT’S WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE IN THE PICTURE. I OPENED UP THE BOX AND MUCH TO MY SURPRISE IT’S ALUMINUM WITH ONE OF THE WORSE POLISH JOBS I’VE EVER SEEN, THIS IS GOING ON MY SHOW CAR WORSE LOOKING THING UNDER MY HOOD. YOU WOULD THINK FOR 130.00 IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CHROME OR AT THE VERY LEAST A NICE POLISH JOB. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This was a good choice for upgrade after adding multi-point fuel injection to my ’70 Javelin. Went from original 35 amp alternator to the 100 amp Powermaster. Looks very solid and performs well. Have had some trouble identifying the two small terminals for light and sensor, but their use is optional.
