I normally prefer to stick with OEM parts but I decided to gamble on this all in one front brake kit. The vehicle was 21 years old and on the short list to be replaced anyway. The parts that were sent were the correct parts. But the tolerances were horrible. The rotor itself appeared to be fine. The metal tab on the brake pad that sides inside the caliper, however, was flawed. The clips would not hold the pad in place inside the caliper. Even after bending them out a little they just would not hold. At first I was going to gamble that this would function well enough once installed together. But then the cutouts that reset inside the brake framework were smaller than the OEM unit. So the pads wouldn’t seat completely which prevented the caliper bolts from aligning properly with the brackets. I think I could have ground them enough to make it fit but instead decided to just return them and get the OEM parts.
