I am a former Auto Tech-Whenever my car’s disk brakes need replaced, I look into a set with slotted/cross drilled rotors. My thinking is with less heat means less likelihood of rotor warp, AND pads with be more effective, last longer. The cost difference between standard rotors & performance is about $50; well worth it. The parts appear to be OE quality or better. The kit is complete with not just rotors & pads, the pads have pre-installed shims, new upper/lower spring clips AND slider rubber boots! The fit is excellent. Everything appears to be high quality, even the instructions are done well with pictures & clear English. I could not be more pleased!

I tried to install them and the pads were the exact same as what came off but the rotors are 3/4s of an inch too small but they should according to Amazons fitment guide. I spent 45 minutes reconfirming all the vehicle specs asked by Amazon and all my information was accurate 100%. I guess this isnt exactly fair to power stop but maybe the wrong rotors were put inteo the package. I dunno I am dissapointed I have to waste half a day trying to figure this out.

Just finishing my first 5k on these brakes, and so far, no complains – they work like new! I fed up with the top shelf (so I was told) standard brakes for my Toyota Camry 2006 installed by a local service shop (not Toyota dealership – too expensive for this car). In any case, you would think a break is a break, but clearly no! These breaks clearly a better choice!!!

I ordered these for my 2006 Camry and they were too small.

Had these on for several months now and they are much better than stock. Stopping is mildly and improved over stock and they hold up well to my sometimes aggressive driving with no signs of fading. Pedal feel is solid and I’ll be purchasing a set for each vehicle as the stock ones go.

Updated 8/1/18: After 10k miles on this set, it is still gripping as day one. This set coupled with Goodyear Triple Tread has helped with sudden braking multiple times on the freeway when the car in front make a sudden stop. Will continue to update to see how well it holds up.
My ’05 Camry LE with 4 cylinders was running very low on brake. Since the pad indicator kept getting louder everyday, I was looking into the replacement unit. Originally, I was thinking of getting the same setup that I did several years before: Centric Rotor and Akibono pads. With many bad drivers and very bad traffic in SoCal, I decided to look further for more on the brake. Then, I found this setup with a comparable price. So, I gave it a try. For the first few hundred miles, the stopping power seem to improve somewhat; time will tell when I start to get some more mileage. The only issue is the break-in procedure; it is quite tough to find a place to perform the procedure with no cars around. Have to be done at a very late night. I will provide update much later to see how long this hold up. The previous setup lasted close to 40k miles with annoying brake pulsating at high speed that showed up at some point.

Absolutely love these brake kits. I have purchased different Power Stop brake kits for all (3) of my Toyota vehicles. Meets or exceeds the stopping power and smoothness of OEM. I put these on my sons 2003 Toyota Camry and they were perfect. The old ones were so warped it was shaking the steering wheel violently when under hard braking. Now they are smooth as glass.
On a side note after having installed these three times now on different vehicles I was always unsure if you were supposed to clean the brand new rotors with soap and water or brake cleaner prior to installing? This time I decided to call Power Stop and ask them myself and you absolutely do NOT want to clean the rotors with anything prior to installation. Some of the YouTube videos I was watching it showed people cleaning with brake cleaner, etc…. There is a coating on these rotors that needs to stay on them for the initial brake in so do NOT wash it off or use brake cleaner on them. Hopefully this helps someone out there. On the first vehicle I used these on I didn’t do anything to the rotors and they went perfect. On the second one I used them on I did use brake cleaner on the rotors prior to installation and I have a brake squeak anytime I’m braking at around 1 to 5 mph which is quite annoying but it hasn’t effected the stopping power of the brakes any (that I know of). On my third installation of installing these I finally got smart and called the company. Wish I had just done this from the very beginning.
One final thought on these brakes is I like the fact that I can replace the brakes and rotors each time I do my brakes for about 1/3 to 1/4 the cost of having my brakes done at a shop. Plus I get the confidence of know it’s done right.

Good fit & value

Good overall build quality. No better than stock pads and rotors performance wise, but smooth and quiet with acceptable braking. Time will tell all.
UPDATE: Ended up replacing rotors and pads after about 20K. Rotors warped after about 5K and kept getting worse. Replaced with new rotors (non slotted) and Wagner TC pads. MUCH better brake feel and stopping power. I recommend looking elsewhere.
