Product faulty right out of box , now have to pay again to have in installed and a new one purchased else where installed. Junk !!
So far it’s been fun! –
I ordered this and two weeks later had to replace. I suggest going through a more reliable parts store.

The media could not be loaded.
It didn’t come with the black pulley in the picture but rather a zinc plated pulley. Probably not a big deal on a 17 year old van. The pulley rotated smoothly without any play. Looks like a good build unit. Will see if it last after installation.
