Professional Auto Seam Sealer, Paintable Polyurethane Body Filler for Cars, Trucks, and Metal Surfaces, Quick-Set Automotive Seam & Joint Sealant – Includes Gloves & Tip – White
I recently used this seam sealer for some repairs on my truck, and I’m pretty happy with the results. It’s a good value, especially compared to some of the name-brand stuff.
I used it to seal up some welds in my wheel wells, and it stayed right where I put it, which is important. It’s definitely thick, so you’ll want to wear the included gloves—they fit my big, hairy hands well, too. It spreads and fills gaps easily, which was helpful for some larger areas between panels.
One thing to note: it’s very sticky. Like, really sticky. But that’s also what makes it adhere so well. I got a lot of it in my eyes, ears and nose. I found that lacquer thinner was helpful for cleanup and smoothing it out, but the smell makes you woozy. It does take a bit longer to set up than some other sealers, but not by much.
The tip on the tube is long and tapered, so you can customize it for different jobs. And if you need to, you can even heat it up and reshape it. I also appreciate that it cured pretty solid, almost like a hard plastic, not just a rubbery seal.
There was a wood ball inside the tube, Not sure what to do with that. I gave it to the neighbors cat to do whatever he wants to it. You will need a decent sized caulk gun to use this product.
Overall, it’s a solid product for the price. It did what I needed it to do, and I’d buy it again.

I got this not to stop rodents, but simply because it was a good deal on 3 bags of steel wool, and a smaller size can of expandable foam, both of which I regularly use. Rubber gloves and a decent small pair of scissors are included as well.
Useful for many purposes.
HPC –
I couldn’t really get a good picture of it in place, but I was really pleased with it. This seems to be as good as the “for professional use only” brands. I am not an expert, only a hobbyist, but I would definitely buy this again. It goes on smooth and thick; it sticks well and seems to hold well and look good. I can’t speak for how long it lasts, which might be the only downfall from point of view. I would say it’s worth giving it a try for the price.

Pretty easy to work with. Nothing too complicated. It was an average sized caulking tube and a good value.

I have used this product also as exterior sealant, and it seems to work great. It has a nice consistency and good bonding to several materials.
