Only worked for one ride and they were gone all the way

Was not impressed at all with these brake pads. Two rides they lasted and that was barely using the brakes (engine braking on the sportsmans is insanely good). They fit great, pad holds, but gone in two easy rides, mainly flat, only used brakes to stop in small hills. Thought the ceramics were better than stock, but I was mistaken.

I wanted to upgrade the brakes on my 2012 Polaris XP 850 and replaced them with these. They have great stopping and minimal drag on my rotors. Although my ATV only required three (3) sets – it’s nice to have the fourth set as a spare.

I purchased these for my 2009 sportsman 850, and installed when they arrived. I went on exactly 2 trail rides (less then 40 miles combined) and rode it around the yard a couple times, 50 or so total miles in the timespan of one month. Most on the f/b right side pads are gone, and f/b left side is metal on metal. My rig has active engine braking so I rarely use them. The only thing I really use my brakes for is parking brake. I reached out to the seller and explained the situation in three different letters, and have yet to receive any reply. I have read that slotted rotors and ceramic brakes are not a good mix for muddy terrain, I could have also gotten a defective set. But the fact that the seller wont work with me tells me that it’s creap product and a ripoff. Buyer beware.
