They’re several inches shorter than the originals and have less pressure despite being new. A few inches at the strut translates to my hood opening nearly a foot less at the tip.

Works just as described. Installs in less than 1 minute each side. Just use a flathead to loosen the metal bracket. Pull out the ends from the ball socket. Push the new struts in and your good to go
