I have done my own cut-to-size PPF’s and they have been great. This set is really, really good. The film quality is great, the thickness is nice, and you can use the touch buttons despite them being covered. I have to say, this is near perfect (ignore what appear to be spots in the photo, those are reflections). This IMPROVED the appearance and condition of the pillars, hiding some scratches. Well, why isn’t it PERFECT? The sizing isn’t PERFECT, but with PPF, you won’t even be able to tell. I have some takeaways that will help your application process. Watch the video they link, of course, but here’s what I would do with your film for Mach E. Certainly, do one whole side before going to the other. BUT.. Start with the back pillar. This will give you the experience of lining up the button so you know how you want the rest of the film to fit. Then, when that is good to go, move to the front door pillar. This will allow you to see how that lines up before you put on the back door pillar (i.e., if they are the same size, you can line up the tops to look flush). That said, I don’t think they will be PERFECT either way. I DID also notice some minor bubbles the next day which were not there after application, which is why I would give this a 4/5. Like I said, this improved the look of the pillars AND is giving me major peace of mind moving forward. As for installation, the include squeegee is also great. Flawlessly worked in removing all major bubbles. I filled the sprayer with R.O. water and a tiny drop of dish soap. Thoroughly cleaned the pillars, even did a final alcohol wipe down, blew off any dust, then sprayed the pillar, sprayed the top of PPF, unpeeled, sprayed the bottom, applied, lined up, and squeegeed. Bada bing, bada boom, bada done.

I’ve installed PPF before on my F150, from a different brand. This brand did not align with the lock sensors on the door. And if you make it align with the sensors, then the PPF sticks past the edge and doesn’t stick to the pillar on the edge. It happened on every pillar with a lock sensor. Not sure if I got a bad batch.

It is a bit pricy but are easy to install and several videos are available online to guide you. I had a few very tiny micro bubbles left but they are hardly visible to naked eye. Installed on my 2023 mach-e premium trim.

This fit perfectly on the B pillars of my Mach E. The fit is perfect and the touch buttons still work. My car is new so i want to try to keep the issue on the car with the B pillars scuffing and I’m hopeful these will help! Installation was easy, just follow the instructions and use lots of water so you can slide them around to line them up perfectly.

I bought the clear model that went over the MACH-E B-pillars and they were a perfect installation using the provided applicator which was a covered padded squeegee on one side rubber or plastic on the other the air bubbles were little to none once it was squeegee down and after drying for about an hour the installed protectors were nearly invisible when looking at them straight on. Couldn’t be happier and this is 6 weeks after driving in different weather conditions. They are 100% effective.

My experience is that only those who are very skilled should try to apply this themselves. I watched the video and it seemed easy enough. However, it was tough in practice to get it all lined up and then I still had stuff underneath which I guess is just my inexperience in making sure it was appropriately clean beforehand or maybe something got caught underneath when I was doing adjusting. The final result has some little items caught underneath, so I’m debating removing it. I’m not sure if it’s even removable, unfortunately.

I’m not good at installing screen protectors so I was a bit worried about installing these. My new Mach-e had swirls and scratches on the door pillars before i even brought it home so I wanted to keep them from getting worse. What i didn’t expect is that these also hide the current scratches really well. They were actually easier to install than I had thought, after watching a few short instructional videos from different people.
I can’t speak to how they will hold up over time but I am seriously considering buying their PPF for some other parts of the vehicle too.
