First look: The Parking and Air Brake Knobs came in a small zippered bag about 10 cm x 9 cm x 3.5 cm with two pins.
The red 8-sided knob says “TRAILER AIR SUPPLY” in the centre with the words “PUSH TO CHARGE” at the top and “NOT FOR PARKING” at the bottom. The ones in my Ontario air brake handbook say “TRAILER AIR” in the centre with the top words “PULL TO VENT” and the bottom says “PUSH TO SUPPLY AND RELEASE TRAILER BRAKES”. The white lettering on this knob is missing parts of the paint similar to the listing photo. The knob is 3.8 cm across and 2.9 cm deep.
The yellow 4-sided knob says “PARKING BRAKE” in the middle and “PULL TO APPLY” at the top and “PUSH TO RELEASE” at the bottom. My Ontario handbook says “PARKING BRAKE” in the middle (same) with “PULL TO APPLY” at the top (same) but “PUSH TO RELEASE TRACTOR BRAKES” on the bottom instead. The black lettering has different thicknesses of the ink, depending on the letter. For instance, in “PULL TO APPLY” the “O APP” letters are thicker black than the rest of the phrase. The knob is about 4.4 cm square and 3.4 cm deep.
Opinion: I have never driven a truck with air brakes, so I’m not sure if these would be acceptable by the MTO (Ministry of Transportation Ontario) or not. I also don’t know how they would fit on a truck as I don’t have one to try it on. I ordered these as a joke for my friend who drives trucks to put on the dash of his Toyota Echo.

These are perfect replacements for worn or broken knobs. Easy to install, just knock the pin out of the old knob, pull it off and put the new knob on and drive the new pin in. Simple fix for not very much money.

Kinda mid quality overall, but really not too bad. I suspect the printing will wear off without too much use, not that it would affect their basic usability.
Physically an exact match to what’s in many heavy duty trucks, and a perfectly good replacement for those.
In my case I’m using them for a driving simulator controller, for which they were very suitable. I’ve customized the switches I’m using so that these generic knobs attach, allowing for easy replacement if there’s ever an issue.
