Good value, metal frame, not as many pleats as Fram; as others have stated, fits a little snug – a couple extra mm of gasket thickness, BUT the gasket is more of a soft gel material than plain rubber, so you can make it fit. I had to remove the battery bracket to squeeze the filter in place and shut the enclosure properly while engaging the retainer clips.

It is the right filter – but to really know how good it is compared to other brands – I couldn’t really say. The price was right!

This filter did not fit my 2012 Nissan Rogue. It fits the holder but the rubber edge is too thick and won”t allow the cover to seat properly. I’ve never had a promlem with Fram in my 52 years of doing my own maintenance on my vehicles. I don’t recomend this brand.

I also had a tight fit on my Q60 (both sides of engine), but didn’t break anything getting the cover closed. Considering the cost savings, will buy again but take the time to shave off some of the rubber to match OEM thickness.
