It’s nice neat product and it works well. Things to note. The wires from it arnt very long so keep that in mind when ordering. I use it for charging a battery for a lawn mower during the winter months. It needed the week to charge the battery from empty , but the days are shorter and a bit dull. But I am happy with it for what I need.

This is the second panel that didn’t work. The charge controller works fine with my 20 watt panel.
The 10 watt panel makes no voltage at all, so i returned it for a new one.
And now the new 10 watt doesn’t work as well. Must be a bed production run as my 20 watt works great.
I will be returning for a refund.

Nice, complete kit for charging Sprinter van chassis battery. Quality is very good and works well. I would have liked a slightly longer cable than the one provided – it’s a little shorter than I wanted, but don’t want to add a much longer extension either. I am a little concerned about the plastic corner pieces which are used for mounting — will these hold up to long-term UV exposure? But not critical, as I can fashion workarounds if not. Overall, very happy with this find and I’ve had good experience with other Optimate charger products.

It’s a simple plug and play solar charger but it won’t work. I called to get a replacement and they wanted me to run an all kinds of diagnostics on it when it’s a simple plug and play charger. I asked for a replacement thinking it might just be a bad one I received but they declined the request.
