Surprisingly good gasket for a fraction of the cost of the more name brand versions. My customer wanted to save money but freshen up the engine with some new gaskets to reduce the leaking old engine. I put a lot of different gaskets on this jeep so I am drawing a blank as of the material, I can’t remember if it was a paper gasket or rubber, I’m pretty sure it was rubber. But what matters most is does it work and yes it’s been on for 6 months and no seepage.

Sealed up my 1995 Jeep YJ, 2.5 4 cylinder engine like a dream.
Whole job took like 45 minutes, did not use any RTV or silicone, just gasket (it’s thick rubber).

This was a perfect replacement for my 1995 jeep YJ, 2.5. Easy to install with durable metal inside the rubber gasket, holes lined right up, eliminated seal from gasket. I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could

Gasket has one misaligned gasket hole around one bolt for the 2.5l jeep wrangler, not sure why but didn’t seem to be a problem.

The shipping was fast, and delivered on time.
This may work fine with the stamped steel valve cover on older engines, but it is too thin to seal with the cast aluminum cover on my ’01 2.5.
I’d recommend spending more on the steel reinforced felpro or something similar. It will save you a trip to the parts store if you have it torn apart and need it fixed the same day.

Apparently, Amix Ada doesn’t have any QC standards – the valve cover gasket was crumbled in a small bag with the Amix Ada sticker and part number on it and has incredibly inconsistent marring all around the flat side of the gasket. It’s a terrible quality product that I wouldn’t trust for a minute to stop oil leaking from leaking out from the valve cover. It’s no wonder other have complained about oil leaks after installing this garbage. I instantly filed for a return and am going to buy a FEL-PRO gasket, which is only $12 at the time of this review.
*I will update this review with photos of the original packaging and the horrible mold/casting quality on the underside of the gasket via my phone.

Fit my ‘95 Jeep YJ perfectly. Arrived quickly and, although, folded up, relaxed into flat condition after a few minutes in the sun.

I installed this in my 97 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L while I was doing some other engine work. The gasket serves its purpose and wasn’t too hard to install. It’s definitely not as good as the stiffer/thicker fel-pro gasket, but was half the price so I can’t complain too much. Pretty satisfied overall.
