    Figuring out how to work the gadget was the first issue.. the main problem is the arms on each side are not deep enough really for my Samsung a21 phone. It was falling out of the holder initially. I have learned to use it and keep my phone in it all the time while driving. It may work better for a small phone but not the bigger ones like I have. I would not recommend unless you have a little phone.

    I have vertical vents on my Ford Focus. It was easy to put on, 2 slot from the left side, and to the bottom. Holds phone steady. I have the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra , with a case and holds it nicely. Charging port is easily accessible too. Will update with a picture or video at a later time.

    So to start off, I don’t usually write reviews but it was that bad………

    1. When putting it together, it was missing something to keep it connected……… what I mean is after assembling everything you could, you were left with 2 parts…… the one part that went into the air vent and the thing that held the phone……. easy enough problem to fix, I superglued it together…….. and THEN It worked…….. but now that I don’t like it, I probably can’t return it due to the fact I superglued it together……..

    2. So my phone, is the Samsung Galaxy S 20 Ultra………. if you don’t know what that means, it means it’s a BIG Phone and weighs like 5 pounds……I don’t know the exact weight, but it’s HUGE And weighs alot for a phone…… but I will give credit where credit is due………. it DOES Fit my phone…… that was one of the issues with finding a car phone holder……….. finding one BIG Enough……… now this is a problem due to having a HEAVY Phone with this product…….. whenever the car moves (forward, backwards, left, or right) the phone holder moves whatever motion I go……. so if I make a right turn, it’ll go right…… if I go forward (which is most of the time), it will go down…… so on and so forth…… I’m sure this WOULDN’T be a problem for a light phone, but for mine, it’s constantly moving…………………. and it’s hard to do things with or follow directions with if it’s constantly moving…….

    Another where credit is due, is that it hasn’t fallen down from the vent………………… YET……………..although it’s cranked up as tight as it can be…….. and that was hard……..

    It also grips the phone good, and keeps it secured in place, and doesn’t release until you press the button on the back………………………

    Also keep in mind I’ve only started using it 2 weeks ago….. it took me awhile to get the superglue………. if anything Changes, I’ll let you all know………

    Do not buy! Waited a long time just to be disappointed and now have to go through the painful return process. The product did not fit together the backing did not fit on the part that attaches to the vent clip. Save yourself hassle and try something else.
