These work great, as long as you have the right crimper. Unfortunately the listing only says a crimper so i thought to buy a normal crimper and ended up wasting a few of the little inserts trying to attach the wires.
So to anybody thinking of buying this, you also need a “Weather Pack Crimper”. Basically it’s a special crimper that the crimp area has a notch to bend the metal pieces correctly, kinda looks like a W. Also most Weather Pack Crimpers should have an area that properly crimps the metal around the silicone.
Once i had the right crimper, i was able to complete one wire within a minute.

They’ll stay put but won’t fuse/meld together over time, making disconnects easy. The locking tangs and seals don’t seize leading to disconnect breakage, the seal stays flexible very long term.

Handy to use for the LED wiring. Great to have on hand for other jobs that come up in the shop. Cheap enough to let the kids learn how to do wiring projects & let them use them. Nice quality & wire size covers most of what you might run into. These look like factory & connect well.

These are nice waterproof connectors. I’ve had them in use on my car for abouty 2 years with no signs of issues. With the gauge of the pig tails, I definitely do not have to worry about them getting overloaded. Combined with marine heat shrink sleeves I don’t have to worry about water or corrosion from my install.
