These come in handy at times for auxillary auto lighting, etc. We’ll see how they hold up.

Fast shipping, work great right out of the pack. I used them on my truck for the front turn signals, they’re very bright you can clearly see them through the amber lens. Very hi quality. I paired them with the Nilight LED turn signal/ running/ brake/ stop/ taillight red beam flexible bend adhesive universal strips. I’m sure they work great for any 12v LED. If you are connecting this relay to an LED that uses less than 12v forward voltage – for example a lot of multipurpose LEDs are between 3.3v – 5v, when the supply voltage exceeds the LEDs forward voltage the use of a resistor is necessary to limit the current voltage and avoid damage to the LED. This is why I chose a 12v LED.

Fits perfectly on my Taurus

Before I bought these relay switches, I checked on the stores page to match the right product with my vehicle. The site said that these fit. So, I bought and received the relay switches, but it doesn’t fit!!! Good price but useless…..

Excelente producto. Buen material el plástico. Eso sí un poco duro sacar el metal que tiene pero eso da entender la buena calidad del plástico. Internamente TMB . El carro prendió a la primera. Llegó bien Ecuador-Guayaquil marzo 2025.

If you want to bypass any stereo that plays dvd or watch videos on a usb without having to use a toggle switch, this is the right relay for you. 😎

I used it to replace a burned out flasher on my DLX. It hooked right up. They seem to be a solid build and the price was good. I guess I’ll see how long this one works over the stock junk.

I’m an electrical engineer, and have had more than a couple of relays apart in my 40+ years in the business. I generally dissect dead ones that I replace to learn what caused the failure when time allows. Because of this I have a pretty good idea what to look for in a quality (or not-so quality) relay.
I disassembled one of these (needed the base to build a piece of test gear), and found they are well made relays.
Here is what I found (photos attached) – real copper coil windings on a plastic insulated spool, adequate sized contacts, completely sealed with generous amount of adhesive at each pin and around the perimeter of the cover. The braid which connects the moveable contact is made from heavy guage fine strand copper, is made from REAL copper (no cheap “CCA” or copper-clad-aluminum – avoid this stuff at all cost – it’s junk), and is welded on at both ends, not crimped. The frame is heavy guage plated steel with a phosphor bronze leaf spring (non-current carrying for long life) These look like they will last a long time in a rough enviroment (like a boat or undercar). Use a little silicone dielectric grease on the pins when installing and you should be good for years. The tabs are tin plated brass, not cheap steel which is resistive and tends to rust. I should point out that this part number doesn’t include a noise suppression diode or resistor, and shouldn’t be used where the old relay was so equipped, or in a new installation without adding this protection to the socket. The noise spikes generated by the coil when any unprotected relay turns off can interfere with or even damage sensitive electronics in nearby circuits. if you’re new to this sort of thing, a quick search online will explain the noise supression thing.
Hope this helps, time precludes a lot of reviews, but I like to do good ones when I decide to. In this case I felt the product worthy, and it was indeed a surprise what I found inside a “cheap auto relay”.
All in all good quality relays, the Nilight 50043R 10pack is an outstanding deal at it’s price point and with a 2 year warranty, I would suggest these are the relay to stock for anyone doing Marine, Auto or Truck repairs and installations.
