I ordered this synthetic cable to use on my come-along. It was designed for a winch, so I had to make some slight modifications to be able to use it on my come-along, but it was easy to install, works great, and is very durable. I like the synthetic material versus the metal cable my come-along originally had which frayed and broke. Great value – five stars!

The Nilight synthetic rope was a huge improvement over the original rope on my 3500lb winch. The rope mounting tab fit perfectly against the winch reel. The improvements continued with the kit’s rubber stopper and steel hook with the spring loaded clevis; the original rope did not have a stopper or clevis latch. This rope is a true 1/4 inch diameter; just a little bit larger than the original rope that was claimed to be 1/4 inch. This kit is money well spent on upgrading or for replacing synthetic winch rope, I have zero doubt as to the strength and durability of Nilight’s products. Highly recommend this kit to others!

really impressed with this kit. high quality rope with a big heavy hook on it and all the bits and pieces you need if you’re gonna hook this up to the front of your jeep or something. really multipurpose though, you don’t have to use it for that, it’s a really nice rope and hook.

This winch rope kit is a great option if you need a replacement for your unit or just want to have a spare on hand. The rope is tough and feels durable. The included hook and rubber stopper are great additions as well. This one is a silver-grey color and blends in nicely with most vehicles.

Great kit with a nice quality build. Nice eye loop that’s done and it has a sheath over the line. You get an included bump stop and coated hook as well as a tether. The coating on the hooks seems to be a good quality. The line has a crimped mounting point for your winch. It’s very flexible and seems strong. I think this is a great upgrade kit for any small winch that was using steel cable!

I would stick with braided steel on the winch, but this is a nice compact and lightweight emergency tow rope to keep in your truck.
