I have a 1997 Xplorer 500 and I used all but 2 gaskets. The Cylinder Head gasket wasn’t used cause I never took it off. But the Chain Tensioner gasket was too small, not the right size so I had to use gasket maker instead. Giving it 3 stars cause it did state it was for my model. The head gasket is metal which it should be and was a good fit. The rest of gaskets works as expected with typical fabric type material. Head, Cylinder, Exhaust, Cam Cover & Valve Stem Cover gaskets all were good forms. It was just the Chain Tensioner gasket was not right.

Fit my 2012 perfectly when doing some top end work. Replaced all the factory gaskets perfectly and no signs of any leakage after several hundred miles.

Missing valve cover gasket from set, head gasket does not match (see picture) Only gasket that matched was exhaust and cylinder gaskets. Cylinder gasket has 1/4 inch gap between gasket and cylinder.
