I’ve been using this brand for YEARS. I am NOT a certified mechanic, who paid a technical school to have a piece of paper. I have plenty of knowledge, my dad was a mechanic, I worked in maintenance management in the diesel truck industry, and worked on every car I’ve owned with no problems. I know what brands are good, but I also know what horrible customer service looks like. 2001 Dakota 3.9 V6. It’s got 100k miles on it. I installed new spark plugs, wires, ignition coil, fuel injectors, TPS sensor, IAC valve, MAP sensor, oil change, air filter change, new downstream and now UPSTREAM O2 sensors. Checked the pressure of the catalytic converters to even ensure it’s not clogged. performed a full smoke test on the throttle body, evap, and muffler area. No leaks. Cool. Great… everything is ready for a test drive. Drives fine for the first 5-10 minutes, but as the truck is heating up….the voltage for this sensor was not moving as I’m hitting the gas. Tested the wiring it plugs from. Tests fine. The driver side upstream (23137) was also fine. I got these sensors from NewParts, I only shop OE or Equivalent…none of that cheap crap. ANYWAY so I submit a return form stating it’s defective and if they can send me a replacement. They asked if it was still in the packaging? I stated no, because of course I had to use it to know whether or not it’s defective and i took the garbage out the next day like the good citizen I am…..they asked me for an invoice or detailed report from a certified mechanic…they won’t take my data from MY ODB2? funny….people don’t have $250 an hour for some guy to tell me WHAT I KNOW. So please keep in mind y’all, I’m now STUCK with this DEFECTIVE O2 sensor. NewParts didn’t even try to solve the issue by just sending me a new one cause I didn’t have all the things they need according to the manufacturer. I called NGK themselves on 11/13 and spoke to Lynn. I Asked “is there a requirement to have proof from a certified mechanic in order to submit a claim for a defective product? Or for it to be not in its original packaging? She said, “no”. That says a lot about THIS seller, the fact they are lying to customers, and the “Free Returns” on Amazon. So because I put this o2 sensor in on a Sunday, the garbage man came on monday, and realized this one time out of maybe 100 over the past 13 years I’ve replaced an O2 sensor…I happened to get a defective one in the bunch. NewParts won’t just take this back and send me a replacement? Crazy…make sure you pay $100-$250 an hour for a mechanic so that just in case this part doesn’t work (that took me 5 minutes to put on) you can get your $35 back. Crazy……shame on you new parts. I bought and installed a WALKER O2 sensor and now the truck runs just fine.

The only brand that I will put in my Jeep Tj. Fixed my code with ease after replacing my faulty one. Lasted 15 years. I guess it was time. Came OE on the Jeep TJ’s and was told to stay with this brand as they are the best.

This 02 sensor worked for my Grand Cherokee. I first purchased a Bosch sensor but the check engine light would not turn off. I Switched it out for the NGK and boom, light off, no more 02 code.

Perfect form, fit, function replacement for the OEM part. Works great with my fuel economy returning and engine error light now extinguished. This part is the upstream O2 sensor. Price compared to others is reasonable.

NGK/NTK Quality. Works perfect, as expected, as always. Nothing else to say!

I had two error codes that came up on my Dodge Ram 1500 and I was experiencing low power issues. I had both of the upstream sensors replaced by a mechanic. No more error codes and it has been running great.

WAS NOT A DIRECT FIT BUT WAS EASY TO SWAP PLUGS WITH CORRECT ONES. 04 JEEP LIBERTY IS VERY PICKY WITH O2 SENSORS, NGK / NTK ONLY ONES THAT KEEP CODES CLEARED.
