The original sensor went bad after 7 years. I found this one on Amazon. I bought and installed it. 2 years later it failed. Mechanic says they should last 5-7 years. OK. Buy another one, cheap enough. My second purchase arrived. I opened it up to find a “new” sensor that was scuffed up and had black grease on it. Definitely not new. You’d think if they were selling used things they’d at least clean it up a little bit. I don’t know if it was tested and found to be good, I didn’t care. It’s small but not an easy task to replace, a real pia. Wasn’t willing to take that chance. Also noticed on the site that this “product is frequently returned” if it has such a bad track record why is Amazon selling it ? Does frequently returned mean I’m not the only one that didn’t get what was expecting. Was misled on what I bought and Amazon wants $7.99 return shipping. They sold junk, why should it cost me to return it? I’ll never buy another product from this seller.

Only reason its 4 star and not 5 is its only been installed a week so dont know the durability but so far so good
