The A1 high-pressure pump looks very similar, but there are no threads on the small outlet end. They are not interchangeable.

This pump looks the same externally as fuel pumps from fuel injection engines, but the small end is threaded (fuel injection pumps are not threaded on the small end). This fuel pump is from carburated engines and will not interchange with fuel pumps for fuel injection engines
This is the low pressure pump that is threaded on the small outlet end. The high pressure pump looks similar but is not threaded on the small outlet end. The high pressure pump is enclosed in the ‘cool fuel’ assembly and this will not fit work in that asembly. Low pressure pumps are not in any assembly
