  1. texas gop store

Steering column works now. Seems there should be some stop of something to keep the gear in proper position on the shaft it sits on, so its centered on the screw drive above it.

  2. michael T

Easy to install and works perfectly

  3. Karminco

Fixed , notorious issue , small o ring for lift would solve the problem in the first place … I recommend a spacer as the original did deteriorate… Easy breezy tilt on auto is back.. Woohoo

  4. David Tanaka

Thank you for creating such an excellent product to easily fix my Lexus steering tilt issue. It would have also been nice if you included the gasket that goes behind the gear. Overall, highly recommend the gear.

  5. grayson

    an inexpensive replacement that works.

  6. Johnny Mac1969

Way too expensive for a plastic gear piece ok here’s the design flaw/mistake Lexus made in the steering column first off they used a metal worm gear vs plastic bull gear design in the match the metal worm eats into the nylon plastic teeth over time leading to this failure this was a stupid pairing to begin with as a former early 80’s satellite dishe installer I saw this on horizon to horizon motorized mounts manufacturing did this to cut cost and because ease of making them what they should have done was use a machined or forged steel gear oil impregnated or bronze or zinc plated to prevent corrosion or even hardened stainless steel while the plastic design is good for cost effectiveness and convenience it will simply lead to failure of the steering tilting again
