Works great. This is my second one. Good sound and easily talk on phone up to about 40mph. Greatly depends on how tight your helmet is. Paired right up to my phone and second intercom after reading directions.

I like these a lot. I use them with my daughter and wife while riding our e-bikes.
They do multi-user chat well, they do phone calls and music well (not at the same time) and they mount easily. I have my wiring routed on the outside of the helmet with adhesive-mounted wire clips. All headset base units are attached via the clip; adhesive mounts for the base units aren’t curved enough to work properly. Maybe that work on the jawline of a full-face helmet or motocross style, but then you have a hard shell to clip on.
A few things fall short of perfection; initial startup, shutdown, Bluetooth headset and pairing/searching mode are called out with voice. GREAT feature. However, when the pairing fails or succeeds, you get just a tone: it doesn’t tell you what happened or what state the headset is in so you can try again. This leads to trial and error that interrupt or delay your ride till you figure it out. Play with them at home before you ride.
Music sharing is confusing, as is switching modes from chat to phone and back, due to the aforementioned lack of comprehensible feedback. There’s also a noticeable high pitched hiss, too, in the background with no sound.
But for a budget version of the big-name multi-user voice chat headsets, they’re fantastic. I tried a couple other sets before settling on this one, and the more expensive headsets on this website all had problems; this set keeps it simple and very functional.

I found that the music and the intercom have different volume settings. once i figured that out this headset is plenty loud enough even on a very loud bike. Recently i was in an accident where i got hurt pretty bad and the intercom got hit off the ground along with my helmet and head. this intercom still works. pretty tough for the price tag. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an intercom system.
