I’ve used this filter on Fords and Dodges as well. It works great, no problems fitting it up, and I can get it off when it’s time to change out. I can use a cup-style or strap style filter wrench on it-no problem. I use this with Shell Rotella T-6/Lucas Synthetic Treatment and have 340K miles on my 2011 F350. I had a 2012 6.7 Cummins and sold it with 190K miles. Good Lube and Good Filtering=Great Outcome.

This oil filter is a perfect factory replacement. They are much cheaper online than at a dealer, integrity is good. I have not had an issue where the filter casing (the aluminum) bends while taking it off. I have had that issue with cheap walmart filters in the past. I replace mine every 5,000 miles. I have replaced this filter a few times and never had an issue. No leaks.
