So far, I didn’t notice any issues in performance with my vehicle. It seems to be running just fine! No hesitation or noises when starting up or driving.
I did my oil change a few months ago & used these filters for the very first time. The only thing I’ve noticed with the used filter vs the new is that the seams on these got folded in a bit on multiple sides. However, when I drained my oil, I didn’t notice any clumps or chunks coming out of the oil pan, it was rather smooth & liquidity. Therefore, I’m assuming that’s a good sign that the filter did it’s job at filtering any residue.
I wouldn’t go any longer than 5,000 miles without an oil change on these filters however, as they have shown signs of wearing on the seams lines.
