- REDUCES SAG UNDER LOAD — Ideal for occasionally hauling or towing varying loads; heavy gauge, calibrated coil spring reduces sag when loaded up to 1,200 lbs. (capacity limited by suspension, tires and transmission; see owner’s manual)
- EXCEPTIONAL HANDLING — Tuned specifically for each application, full-displaced valving automatically adjusts to road extremes to provide ride consistency
- CONSISTENT RIDE — OE all-weather fluid contains special modifiers to handle extreme temperatures and PTFE-banded piston helps reduce friction between the piston and pressure tube to enhance responsiveness to changing road surfaces
- LONGER SERVICE LIFE — Self-lubricating fluid seal retains gas and reduces excessive friction against the piston rod to help reduce premature wear while heavy-duty nitrocarburized rod delivers long life
- IMPROVES PERFORMANCE — Nitrogen gas-charge maintains tire-to-road contact for improved ride and handling by reducing aeration and shock fade

Installed on 1989 GMC Suburban R1500. These shocks are very good for their price. Could use more dampening as they can be a little bouncy. But, overall very good.

Put these shocks on my ‘81 C-10. It’s a stiff ride but that’s what I was after. I would buy them again.
Shae R. Kipp –
The shocks work as intended and offer a relatively smooth ride for my 34-year-old 1985 Suburban. Install was relatively simple, though strenuous without a lift to work under. The shocks are not incredibly stiff but do allow my burb to sit a little higher than the worn shocks that came with the truck. It may be my long wheel base, but I have notice a little boucier ride on roads with consistently unstable surfaces but much better handling on the county and farm-to-market roads with good pavement. Overall, a great product that does help with everyday driving, towing, and hauling by offering more stability. I’ll probably put these on my wife’s Expedition when the time comes.

Installed shock on 1969 chevy c10 two years ago, More felt more stiff and more capacity load but unfortunately that shock force alignment went off due too strong pressure down on control arm. My two tires already wear out. Its good but advise to check out on alignments.

These are very weak. They look much stronger than they are. these things are worth less…

I’m not using for it’s intended purpose so I won’t speak to that. What I will say is that they are solidly built and look great on a custom sand rail project. Very nice product and much cheaper and better than many coil overs marketed for sand rails and dune buggies. They have a 5/8″ eye on one end and a 1/2″ on the other. They are 14 3/8″ extended length eye to eye and have 4.625″ of travel.

Perfect fit on my 1970 Chevy C20 pickup. Like others on here, they are a bit of a challenge to install but with a good pry bar and a little elbow grease they go in with no problem. After installing I took the old green machine for a drive and what a difference specially when the old shocks were worn out and were on there just for looks. They not only look aggressive but helped the suspension on the old farm truck. We will see how they hold up when I carry some weight in the bed since I replaced all four.

These fit perfectly on my 1964 C10. They have done exactly what they claim to do. My Chevy can now handle a load while maintains its rise height. I can safely tow my camper now. I installed these on all for corners and notice a small increase in ride height (maybe 1/2 inch) and a slightly firmer tide than stock. Big improvement overall. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Slightly difficult to install, needs to be compressed an inch or two. After install and driving it gives a noticeable improvement
