Would rate this even higher than I did but for the price it is I feel as though you should get a little more out of it as It works for about 3 proper car washes. Other than that works very efficient and effectively although I would pair this with good brush to get a really good initial scrub down after spraying with water and then followed by this product!

OMG, I finally got to use this and this is by far the best tire cleaner I’ve ever used. It ACTUALLY removes dirt. Most products that claim to be tire cleaners are actually decontamination cleaners and just remove brake dust / iron but leave everything else on the tire. The moment I sprayed this on the tire, I saw all this brown dirt being lifted to the top of the foam. After a minute or so, I sprayed the tire down and just a BUNCH of brown junk getting washed off the tire. I’ve never seen a cleaner ever do this before. The entire tire and rim is now clean! Just amazing stuff. I wonder how it would work on a really dirty wheel well. I will need to try it out. But, on the tire, this is one of the best foaming tire sprays ever.
As an aside, it does NOT leave a high gloss shine. It’s purely for tire cleaning.

This product works very well. From the moment you spray it on, you can see it working! Yes, I know there are many others on the market, but for this price? I don’t think so. This is so worth the cost. It foams immediately, so you can spray the first tire and by the time you are finished with the last one, it’s time to rinse the first one. You can see the foam turn from white, to blueish, to almost brown…Dirt coming off. Upon rinsing you will notice that any sheen from previous tire dressing is gone and no damage has been done to your wheels.
Although the wheels and tires are clean, it’s only to a degree. This may not be an end-all product, but it does get the job done. If you want your wheels and tires detailed, you may have to put in a little more effort than a can and then some water. You might have to use a detailing brush or two. This product removes surface dirt, but it does not clean rust, or rust barrels, or visible dirt from your lug nuts. But be assured, that once you shine your wheels and gloss your tires, or vice versa, your vehicle should look good rolling.

You spend a few hours meticulously washing your car, scrubbed the tires and wheels. An hour later you walk back out to your nicely polished car only to find that the tires and wheels look like you barely washed them? Happens to me every time. It can be difficult to get them to look as clean as the rest of the car.
I was interested to try Meguiar’s Hot Rims foaming wheel and tire cleaner, for just this reason. First, Meguiar’s is well known to make quality products for car care. I’ve used a bunch of their other products and been happy with them, especially their interior leather detailer, so expectations are high.
The instructions on the can are quite simple. Wet the tire, spray it on, BUT DON’T leave it on more than 30 seconds or let it dry, wash it off immediately. That should put some fear in you that this stuff could be quite powerful. That being said, it sprays an even foam which sticks like it should and it washes off very easily. A whole bunch of brown washed down onto the driveway; dirt, brake dust, everything else. Looks pretty good.
Make note, it does say on the can not to use it on powder coated wheels and some other materials, see the photo I attached.
This is the kind of product you need to use quite a few times to give a fair review on, but it seems to work pretty well so far.
