After cleaning my OEm mass airflow sensor several times the check engine light kept returning. I purchased this item and replaced the OEM sensor with this product. The check engine light has not returned. I would definitely recommend this product as a good replacement.
Be careful never arrives –
I guess I finally learned my lesson buying car parts off Amazon!! This is the 3rd car part I received that did NOT work!! I don’t think it’s a “me” problem anymore… I’d recommend not trying to save a few dollars cuz it’s too good to be true!!

I have a 1999 Mazda Miata. While I would tell you to get parts from the dealer; realistically this is 25-years old and that is silly. You get a “check-engine light” and you read the OBD-2 dongle, you get errors. You replace parts if it tells you to replace parts.
It plugs in and mounts just right. The wiring clip doesn’t “click” in though, but I was able to push in far enough and perhaps this is held in with friction? IDK, for now, I didn’t pay dealer premium on a car old enough that they are not realistically maintaining parts for anyway. Car started; we will see if check engine light fault returns. For now, plug-and-play and an easy DIY fix.
