WARNING!! My lil Chevy Truck was not Happy!!!!
Seemed all good to begin with.!!! After being installed and Truck running Perfect for 24 days..
Was sitting at a Stop Light,,,,, then all of a sudden , started squeeling to high heaven and 10 seconds later “”DIED””.. Pushed off to side , called home to bring the Trailer and got it Home. Then starts the trouble shooting//// took about 2 seconds, could look at the Distributor Cap & see #1 plug wire location WAY,,WAY off.. It had spun way around. Very Lucky , no damage. Upon further investigation found it all locked up/ shaft seized in housing. In my 50 years of working on SBC’s , first time I’ve seen this.
I”m lucky to be inside Amazon’s return window with this Distributor. Needless to say,, will not Purchase another.
Rebuilt Original Distributor with all AC Delco Parts & Pcs. No Slop and Works/Runs as good as New again.
The Money, I was trying to save,,,, ended up costing me a whole lot more.
What i should have done to begin with.
I would never recommend this Replacement Distributor to anyone.

put it in my 94 gmc 350 worked perfect. poor old truck had 430,000 miles. she just died the other day. found my problem to be the distributor. ordered this one, installed, set the timing and man, she runs great. would recommend. it is well worth the money.

had a no spark / no start on my 87 sbc tbi. probably the ign module but this was cheaper than mod, cap, rotor. dropped in and fired right up.

It seems to be an exact copy of the factory original and works great. However, I would keep a spare factory GM module in case the no name module fails. Other than that it works great and is worth the price.
