This is a complete kit consisting of filter base, with attaching points, fuel hose nipples, filter element, and clear water trap. Easy to see at a glance if there are any contaminants or water in the bowl. If there are, the bowl can be drained with the use of a simple screw valve. The filters elements are disposable, and easily obtainable for a reasonable price. We generally carry at least one spare in case we end up with a bad batch of fuel.
